Welcome to Jess Bowen Photography. By booking a session or purchasing any photography service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to make sure everything runs smoothly and that both of us know exactly what to expect.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking. Your date will not be confirmed until this payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your session, your deposit will be retained to cover preparation time and the loss of booking.

If you’d like to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, and I’ll do my best to arrange another suitable date.

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

3. Travel & Location

Travel up to 30 miles from my home is included in your session fee. For locations beyond this, a travel charge of 45p per mile will apply.

Sessions can take place at your home, a favourite park, or a beautiful countryside location — wherever feels most “you.”

4. Images & Editing

All final images are hand-edited in my signature style to ensure consistency and quality.

Please note that unedited (RAW) files are not available for release under any circumstances, as they do not represent my finished work.

5. Delivery of Images

Your finished gallery will be delivered digitally via an online gallery within 1 week of your session (wedding turnaround times may vary).

You’ll be able to download your high-resolution images for personal use.

6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Jess Bowen Photography.

Clients are granted permission to download, print, and share their images for personal use only — including on social media.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

When sharing online, crediting @jessbowen_photography is always appreciated.

7. Social Media & Promotional Use

I love sharing my work and may post a selection of images on my website, portfolio, or social media for promotional purposes.

If you’d prefer your images to remain private, please let me know in writing before your session — I completely respect that choice.

8. Liability

Every effort is made to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, Jess Bowen Photography cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond my control, such as illness, accidents, technical failure, or adverse weather.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, liability will be limited to the rescheduling of your session or a full refund.

By booking a session with Jess Bowen Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
