Hi, I’m Jess -a photographer based in Rutland, capturing relaxed, natural moments for families, pets, newborns, and couples.

I’ve always loved photographing real connection from laughter, the little in between moments, and the stories that unfold naturally when people feel comfortable just being themselves. My sessions are calm, enjoyable, and easy going, with a focus on capturing genuine emotion and the relaxed energy that makes each photoshoot unique. By the end of the photoshoot you will have memories you will cherish forever.

Before starting Jess Bowen Photography, I spent nearly 6 years working in a busy studio, photographing hundreds of families, pets and newborns. That experience taught me how to help people feel at ease in front of the camera and actually enjoy the process -even if they usually hate having their photo taken!
