Jess Bowen Photography – Wedding Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of £300 is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date.

2. Coverage

Coverage times will be agreed in advance. Any additional hours requested may be charged at £150 per hour.

3. Schedule & Cooperation

A timeline will be agreed before the wedding. The client agrees to provide all necessary information to ensure smooth coverage.

While every effort is made to capture key moments, no specific image is guaranteed.

4. Meals & Breaks

For full-day coverage, a hot meal must be provided for the photographer.

5. Image Delivery

Wedding galleries will be delivered within 6–12 weeks.

6. Editing Style

Images are edited in my signature style. RAW images are not provided.

7. Copyright & Usage

Jess Bowen Photography retains copyright of all images.

Clients are granted personal-use rights. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without written consent.

8. Social Media & Promotion

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing.

If you wish to keep your images private, this must be requested in writing before the wedding.

9. Equipment & Backup

Professional equipment and backups are used. However, in the unlikely event of total technical failure, liability is limited as below.

10. Illness or Emergency

If I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, I will make every effort to arrange a replacement photographer.
If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

11. Force Majeure

No liability is accepted for events outside of control (e.g. venue issues, weather, government restrictions).

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
