Jess Bowen Photography – Family Session Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jess Bowen Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment of £275 is required to secure your session.
Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel your session, the deposit will be retained.
If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required and a new date will be offered where possible.

In the case of bad weather or circumstances beyond control, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a cancellation.

3. Session Details

Sessions are scheduled for up to 1 hour (Newborn sessions will be longer). Late arrival may reduce your session time.

4. Travel & Location

Travel within 30 miles is included. Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile.

Sessions can take place at your home or an agreed outdoor location.

5. Images & Editing

All images are professionally edited in my signature style. RAW (unedited) images are not provided.

6. Image Delivery

Your edited images will be delivered within 1 week of your session.

You will receive approximately 30-40 edited images.

7. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Jess Bowen Photography.

You are granted permission to download, print, and share images for personal use only. Images must not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Social Media & Promotion

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you would prefer your images not to be shared, please inform me in writing before your session.

9. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for the behaviour of all participants.
If a session cannot continue due to unsafe or disruptive behaviour, no refund will be given.

10. Liability

In the unlikely event that Jess Bowen Photography is unable to deliver the session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a rescheduled session or a full refund.
